Shipping Charges

• A standard shipping fee of PKR 199 applies to orders below PKR 2,500.

• Free shipping is available on all orders of PKR 2,500 or above.

• There are no hidden or additional shipping charges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact Hetsi within 7 days of receiving your order and provide relevant details or evidence, such as photos or videos of the issue.
